By installing or using Goophy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Goophy is a Google Docs™ add-on developed by Matt Fender that allows users to search for and insert GIFs into their documents.
Goophy is provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may use Goophy to search for and insert GIFs into Google Docs™ documents. You agree not to use Goophy in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
GIF search results are provided by the Klipy GIF API. Goophy does not control the content returned by Klipy and is not responsible for the GIFs displayed in search results. By using Goophy, you agree to Klipy's terms of service at klipy.com.
Goophy requests limited access to the Google Doc™ in which it is installed, solely for the purpose of inserting a GIF image at your cursor position. Goophy does not access, read, or store any other content from your documents or Google account.
Goophy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of Goophy is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Fender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Goophy.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Goophy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
